golf with seniors on Tuesdays, walking for exercise, working the our half-acre yard, playing with our three grandsons, Gavin, Payton and Dawson
I am retired after spending 40 years in public school education as an administrator, counselor, teacher and coach. My wife, Kaye, and I moved to Edmond in June of 2007 after our retirement to be closer to our kids and grandsons. Our son, Scott Hale, lives in OKC and works for Oklahoma Christian in the graphic arts department. Our daughter, Krista Welch, and her husband, Tim, live in Edmond with their three sons, Gavin, Payton and Dawson and have attended MRCC since they were students at OC. My wife and I attend the "Empty Nesters" Bible class and they have made us feel very welcome to MRCC.
I John 5:13 - These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life. As a Christian, it is comforting to read in God's word that we can KNOW we have eternal life if we are obedient to God's word and live according to His will to the best of our ability.
You are a lovely couple.
Bless You,
Barbara & Ralph

All readings for the Word365 project are taken from the The Greatest Stories of the Bible, by Dr. Philip Patterson.
The book contains thoughtful commentaries to accompany each story. These commentaries are not included in the readings, but we encourage you to get a copy of the book and read along.

What a great life motto from Psalm 9 - “I will be happy because of you , God Most High!“ Thank you for sharing God’s Word with me today.
